HOW to push through the PAIN

If you've experienced pain for a while - you know, the nagging ache that won't go away or the sharp pain that attacks you 'out of nowhere' - you probably fall into one of these 3 situations. The good news is that we can help!
1.  A weak area that was injured that has become weaker
2.  Nutritional deficit
3.  A brain stuck in the rut of chronic pain

Weak Area - Whether it's from a difficult childbirth, poor posture, or injury, a pain which does not go away with rest is often perpetuated because there is an area of weakness that is not addressed.  With each walking stride that you take, the pattern of compensated movement digs a deeper and deeper groove into your brain, solidifying it as your 'normal' body mechanics.  With time, joint cartilage gets worn, ligaments get torn and muscles get scarred up and spastic.  Pain ensues.
SOLUTION: Hands-on therapy to break up adhesion (scar tissues), specific corrective rehab exercises to retrain weak muscles and allow the brain to normalize biomechanics.

Nutritional Deficit - If you've done all the right corrective rehab exercises and pain continues, it could be a nutritional deficit or internal infection issue.  The lack of calcium and magnesium, for example, inhibits proper muscle contraction.  That deficiency can also be a cause of poor sleep, taking away important nightly body restoration time.  Unchecked infections, most commonly in the oral cavity or gastrointestinal tract, cause elevated inflammatory chemicals in your body which impede the healing process.
SOLUTION: Nutritional/diet evaluation to check for deficiency and go on a high-dose natural supplement replacement plan. Take comprehensive blood and saliva tests to track inflammatory agents/infection and treat that.  We use DiagnosTech & BioHealth Diagnostic lab tests for that.

Brain Re-tracking - When both corrective rehab exercises and nutritional supplementation do not do the complete job, it's time to dig deeper into retraining the brain's broken HPA axis.  The Hypothalamus-Pituitary-Adrenal (HPA) axis is a hormonal feedback system that allows your body to produce cortisol to power your body.  When there are high mental/emotional stressors involved, the hyperstimulated Hypothalamus gland in the brain produces hormones that cascades down to the Pituitary which produces more hormones to stimulate your adrenal glands, effectively producing a body chemistry that is armed for a fight/flight survival response.  Chronic stressors from fear and anger (anxiety and resentment being lessor forms of it) overrides the body's natural feedback to shut it off, hence not allowing the body to heal as it's in battle mode.  Chronic use of nervous system numbing solutions such as pain medication, illicit drugs or alcohol, block the pain response without dealing with the real cause of the pain.  The flood of stimulation continues to express itself until dealt with.  When one is off the medication, the HPA axis feedback system needs to be gradually restored to shut off the hormonal signals from top down. Failure to do so will result in persistent pain when taken off those numbing agents.
SOLUTION: We use the Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique (BEST) to connect your brain to your body's functions & retrain your brain and nervous system while your body detoxes.  We provide you tools to work through the pain while your brain works to reset itself.

While the solutions are 'simple', dealing with chronic pain requires HARD WORK.  Most people give up too soon and start shopping around for other solutions, refusing to deal with the cause of the pain.  We use scientifically proven methods and tools to help you get back to healthy. We have a successful proven track record with high performance professional athletes who need to get back to their A-game quickly. As a stunt performer, I've tested these methods on myself and my colleagues. They work!
